We teach Multi-style Asanas in AtmanAdhiroha with a main focus on Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga. Hatha Yoga is the most traditional and ancient style of learning asanas & Ashtanga series of asanas with Vinyasa flow. In addition to that, we offer Adjustment Alignment classes to learn the correct alignment of asanas and how to adjust them on different body types.
AtmanAdhiroha has a team of professionally qualified and well-versed educators. All of our teachers are “Yoga Acharyas” and have Master’s degrees in their own specific fields with an experience of 8-20 years.
We allot shared rooms gender wise only. Though, the residential area is common but the rooms are separate for men and women.
If you are arriving early, we can provide you the accommodation at an additional cost. Please contact our respective Manager to know the charges for the extra night and to schedule a pickup from the nearest Airport.

Registration fee is included and a part of the mentioned course fee.
Like the course fee of 200 Hour YTTC on triple sharing accommodation is EURO 1275. You need to process your application by initiating the registration fees of EURO 300 and the balance fees of EURO 975, to be paid upon arrival.

Students need to bring comfortable clothing specially for the asanas class. For dress code: Refer Code of Conduct.
